It is incredibly difficult to suck anything out of this sippy cup for me, an adult, much less my toddler. The only way to be able to get any fluid out is to not install the gasket, which makes it leak everywhere. I do not recommend this product at all.
I live in the desert so this cup is so great at keeping milk cool when we are in the car and out and about. My MAJOR gripe about this cup is that a little bit of milk gets stuck in the lip of the cup after each sip. When your little one hands you the cup and you throw it into your purse (or they throw it across the back seat of the car) a little bit of milk comes out each and every time. Once you shake out the milk this cup does not leak so that is good, but I wouldn't say this is leak proof.
